The Application Process
The application process is fairly simple with only a couple of steps that need to be completed by you. Below is a step by step breakdown of the process.
- The basic (text) DJ application is made on choons.net.
- A demo mix is uploaded to your DJ account.
- Once the demo mix has been received, mix moderators at choons.net will listen to the mix and read the DJ profile.
- If the mix is of a suitable standard, the profile is approved. An email is sent out to the DJ informing them that their profile has been approved.
- If the mix is not of a suitable standard, the mix is deleted from the DJ profile. The DJ is then notified that the demo mix was not successful and is invited to upload a different demo mix.
- Once a profile has been approved, the DJ must top-up the account before adding any more mixes to their profile.
- Once topped up, the DJ has full access to upload mixes. Mixes are added to the site in batches every 24 hours.
- Help in the form of articles and notes are provided to aid the DJ in promoting their profile on choons.net to boost listens on their mixes.
